Young left-sided player who can play in midfield or full-back. A solid tackler who has been on the fringes of the first team at Old Trafford, picking up some Champions League experience - mainly from the bench - but found his opportunities for regular first team football limited. Kevin Blackwell's first signing, he comes to Elland Road as part of the deal that sees Alan Smith switch to Old Trafford.

ian says: i went school with him, he was class at school and i'm sure he will do well at leeds. it was hard for him at united, he only had to get gigs or silvestre out of the team to play, he'll do well.

bluenose says: danny was one of the most dedicated trainers and at one stage the second fittest scum player (1st being beckham)but the best thing about him (being a manchester lad) hes a city fan...!!!(TRUE)

Alex Myers says: ur gonna be the next david batty a leeds legend gud luck and next season we can go cane man u!

Nuur Ellina @ Elynnzo says: As a United fan, I am sad to let go such a great player like Danny. But, deep inside my heart, I hope he'll do well for Leeds and shine for the new club. I wont be seeing a lot of him, but its alright. Im gonna miss you DANNY PUGH!!!

lufc fan says: well done danny you looked good in pre season and against derby.good luck this season

niamh says: danny pugh is my shining star in the leeds side this season, he is looking to be one of the best and show the fans what lufc is made off. kevin blackwells signing is pure genius!

Billy says: Danny is an excellent first division footballer and with the skill and dedication we have seen at the united reserves i am sure he can make it in the premiership, pity leeds wont haha

William Pil'e says: DAnny Puch is mahing Leeds from Division one back to the premership soon he will be worth loads and means alot to leeds.

fiona says: i have seen danny play so many times i have been to most home games and he is absolutely fantastic. but playing him at left back is no good he needs to be played on the left of midfield. so he can get up front and score those goals we need so desperately!!! we played rubbish against Burnley we just dont seem interested anymore. they want to be back in the premiership well it aint going to happen if they keep playing the way they do.
