Excellent left wing whose record of 22 goals in 91 games showed one
aspect of his game, and but who also created many opportunities for the
profilic Gordon Hodgson. He might have achieved even more for the club
had World War 2 not intervened.
John Cawthorne says: comment: Arthur Buckley played for Mossley in
the Cheshire League in season 1947-48 finishing top scorer with 26
