Canadian-born left back who was picked up from Auxerre at the same
time as Jamie Forrester. Looked quite promising at first, but never
really got himself a regular place, and with Ian Harte's arrival in
the first team, he was sold to Wigan for £100,000 plus a share in
any subsequent transfer profit. He had a solid career there for 5 years,
but after conceding a late penalty in the play-off final that kept
Wigan down, he only played a couple of games at the start of the
2001-02 season before being transferred to Wrexham.
He made a promising start at Wrexham but was not retained at the
end of the season, and pitched up back in Yorkshire at Huddersfield at
the start of the 2002-03 season where he was a regular in the side
and did well both defending and supporting the front men with good
crosses and attacking play down the flank. He was released on a free
transfer by the Terriers as part of their cost-saving measures in
summer 2003 and was soon picked up by Brian Laws at Scunthorpe.
