Young defender who has been a mainstay of the reserves in
2000-01 after making his debut against Munich in the Champions
League qualifier. After only making two substitute appearances
in 2000-01, and with little immediate prospect of advancement,
he left on a free transfer to Huddersfield just before the
start of the 2001-02 season.
Evans says: very good young player who will bounce back and prove
Leeds wrong in letting him go.
myersy says: gareth used to go out with a girl i used to work
with,she was alway's saying what a good player he was but i saw him
play for leeds reserve's once & he was as good at football as he
was at keeping women happy,bloody useless
