Ganea edges Wolves closer to league goals landmark - Hermann Miller

Play-off hopefuls Wolves edged closer to becoming the first team to score 7,000 league goals in English football as Vio Ganea's fifth of the season earned them a deserved victory against 10-man Leeds.

The Romania international kept his cool to score the 6,999th league goal in Wanderers history in the 38th minute.

Wolves will inevitably claim the record as they are 26 goals ahead of Manchester United in the race, but they will have to wait a little longer to celebrate.
